Uncle Henry’s Garden
Projected CSA offerings for 2016
This represents my best guesses in terms of timing and succession. The rhythms of nature can play a role and change things, but irrigation and covered environments will help to mitigate weather disasters. You won’t get all of these in every box, but rather a succession as the crops mature. I do my best to approximate the amount produce you might purchase in a week. But you can always talk to me and ask for more or less.
